We had several ideas to get peoples votes: To tell them to give candy to whoever they were voting for ... To give more candy
to who they were voting for ... Or just ask them. We just asked. Though some people did give more candy to either Kerry or
Bush. :}
Below are some of the comments we received...
Kerry
"I'm for Kerry. I'm for Kerry.I'm for Kerry. ... But now that you mention it, whose ahead in your polls?" "Well,
Bush is now." "OOOOO NOOOOOO!"
"Kerry, your my man so I'm going to give you something extra." [ in which Alyssa received two old Valentines
heart candies.]
"Hey, guy with the Kerry hat"
"I don't want to see that face on my doorstep. I don't want to see Bush either. O no!!"
"Your at the wrong house, o wait... there's Bush."
"I'm voting Kerry, KRISTIN, who you voting for? Kerry? Yea, but my husband will probably vote for Bush just to...
make me mad..."

Most people were good about it and others just preferred not to say. Anyway, here are the results! 10% were undecided (how
you can be undecided 2 days before election & with such different persons I'll never know)... 15% preferred not to say...
25% were for John Kerry... and 50% were for George Bush.
Bush
"Hi, Mr. President"
"I don't know why you'd want to be seen with that face on. It just make people dead." [um, no comment]
"I'm a Republican."
"I'm for George W. Bush."
"Hey, George!"
"Bush all the way."
"uh... Bush... O, good. It's good to see someone who is too, by the way, how are the results coming?" "Bush
is in the lead." "O, good, 'cause I get scared watching the news!"
"I dunno, who do you think I should vote for?" "Bush." "Yea, I think you're right."
